Some ideas for Bridesmaids include jewelry to coordinate with their bridesmaids dresses for the big day, custom earrings or a pendant with the design based the wedding decor flowers or theme (see Mum Earring picture above), a small silver vanity dish to hold jewelry and other items, a silver bud vase, silver mirror, and silver Mint Julep Cup or beaker.

Preservation Society Party and Fundraiser – April 2013

The Preservation Society of Charleston will be hosting their third annual Party on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 7pm.  The event will be hosted at Memminger Auditorium in downtown Charleston, SC.

Kaminer Haislip donated a hand-crafted sterling silver baby cup to the fundraiser auction.  Attend and have a chance to bid on it!  Proceeds from the Party benefit ‘Seven to Save’, an annual outreach program of the Preservation Society of Charleston designed to focus the work of the organization in a proactive and constructive way, delivering intellectual and financial resources to raise awareness and support for key preservation projects in Charleston and the region.

Gibbes Museum of Art Store “Sip and Shop”

The Gibbes Museum of Art Store will be open late Thursday, December 13 from 5:30-8pm to offer shoppers a festive evening of holiday shopping.  Local artists and artisans will be on hand to talk about their work, including Kaminer Haislip.  Wine and light snacks will be provided and the event is free and open to the public.  The Gibbes Museum of Art is located at 135 Meeting Street in downtown Charleston, SC.
